This transfer comes after Snoop bought the label’s catalog rights last year.

Snoop Dogg is transferring the Death Row catalog to TikTok. This catalog contains tracks such as All Eyez On Me by 2Pac and Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg. This transfer comes after the rapper removed all songs from streaming platforms.

The presence of the catalog on TikTok will be exclusive only for one week. That’s the partnership between Snoop and TikTok’s SoundOn distribution and marketing service. This type of partnership is the first of its kind according to Billboard.

Snoop Dogg explained that the partnership was planned to happen right after the Super Bowl. It just meets the needs of fans who want to listen to music from the catalog again. “Since I took Death Row off streaming almost a year ago not a day goes by without people asking me to put it back up. As the Super Bowl rolled around,  I knew fans would be looking for the music from our iconic performance in 2022, so I wanted to reintroduce the most historic catalog to the people. I reached out to the folks at TikTok to make more history…enjoy ya’ll…and for all the fans that are wondering Death Row Records catalog will be back on streaming services real soon.”
