Rygin King’s Lawyer Optimistic About Dismissal of Gun Charges

Marc B. Laykind, the attorney for Dancehall artist Rygin King, expressed strong confidence that the criminal gun possession charges against his client will soon be dismissed. “The dismissal of charges is imminent,” Laykind stated. Rygin King, whose legal name is Matthew Smith, pleaded not guilty and will return to Queens Supreme Criminal Court on August 9.
